Our process is a streamlined and professionally guided experience that takes you from concept to completion. Since we know exactly the size and dimensions of each of our house designs we know exactly what we are going to build and we know how our designs will fit into any potential building lot.

If you only know the town you want to live in
Many families will start this process simply by desiring to have a house built in a particular town. This is how we connect with many of our new clients. We can help you find what you need for land in the town you want. If it’s out there we will find it for you.
If you have land
For those of you who have land and want to build. We will engineer the site and proceed with zoning due diligence and permitting processes with the appropriate departments in your town; including first determining the lot’s viability.
We have a botanist on staff that can address any concerns regarding potential wetlands and deal with the hurdles of conservation.
We will address any issues that require zoning board of appeals presentations; special permits or variances. Since each lot is different from the next our expert staff will help you work through the process to make sure your lot is build-able and free of issues.

If you need land
For those of you that need to find a plot of land to build. We are partnered with a number of realtors, land researchers and land wholesalers and if it’s out there we will find it. We work closely with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds and municipal zoning, conservation, building and health departments to help determine the viability of lots for the tidy new homes we build. Finally our site engineering staff is the best in the business and we can help evaluate the lots that we find for you.
Fastbuild
Since we are not a custom builder (We have proprietary designs for three home types) we can move from concept to completion in comparatively short period of time. We offer clean, new, modest, small homes for an excellent value. We do not offer custom changes and our organization is not designed for custom homes. Instead we are a company dedicated to building solid, affordable, traditionally inspired homes of quality with speed, expertise & experience. Since our designs feature many common traits from one home to another we can complete your home in some cases in as little as 90* days.
